When an organization uses the service, we may also process configuration data, authorized user details, and operational event records needed to provide the service.

We may automatically receive technical information such as device and browser details, IP address, service logs, and activity necessary to operate, secure, and improve POIPAAS.

• Process authorized workflows, dispatch operations, and resolution records.

You may use POIPAAS only for lawful, authorized business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, these terms, and your organization’s policies. You must keep access credentials confidential and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Responsible operation

You may not use the service to harm others, bypass safety or access controls, interfere with the service, or submit instructions that are unlawful or unauthorized. You are responsible for the policies, users, and information your organization configures in POIPAAS.

Availability and changes

We work to make POIPAAS available and reliable, but the service may be updated, interrupted, or changed from time to time. We may modify these terms when needed; the effective date above will reflect the latest version.

Intellectual property

POIPAAS and its underlying software, design, and materials remain the property of POIPAAS or its licensors. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service during your authorized access period.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. POIPAAS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
